Warrand to the Earle of Linlithgow and others to wryte to the Earle of Abboyne in France

The Lords of their Majesties privie Counsell Doe heirby allow and Give uarrand to the Earle of Linlithgow or any other the freinds and relationes of the Earle of Abboyne and […] Gordone […] his brother who are presently in France to wryte Letters to the said Earle and his brother to returne from that kingdome In the termes of the Late Act of parliament And to transmitt money or Bills for that effect The Letters being first exhibited to and revised by the Lord High Chancellor and In his absence by the Lord Advocat or Lord Justice Clark And appoyntes a Coppie of the Letters which shall be sent to be signed by the said Earle of Linlithgow or other freinds or relationes of the said Earle of Abboyne and his brother senders therof and also by the Lord Chancellor or in case of his absence by the said Lord Advocat or Lord Justice Clark To remaine in the hands of any of the saids three Councellors To the effect that if any other Correspondence be keeped The same may be punished according to the Act of parliament
