Act Continouing Pourie Cautioner for his son

Their Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privie Councell Considering That Thomas Fothringhame of Pourie younger who is under bale to the Councell Being Cited did Compear this day And that David Fothringhame Elder of Pourie his father who is one of his Cautioners did also Compear and declared Judicially in face of Councell That He is uilling to Continow Cautioner for his son And that the former bond given be them should stand in full force notwithstanding of his said Compearance They Heirby declare the former bond to stand in full force Against both father and sone notuithstanding of their Compearance as said is And alloues the saids Thomas Fothringhame of Pourie younger to Continow at Liberty upon the forsaid former bond In respect the said David Fothringhame of Pourie elder Hes In face of Councell obleidged himself to produce his said son before the Lords of privie Councell upon the tuentieth day of June instant And that he shall Live peacably in the termes and under the penaltie contained in the said bond
