Committie Anent Sir William Sharp
The Lords of their Majesties privy Councell Doe heirby nominat and appoynte the Earle of Leven Lord Cardross and Lord Justice Clark or any tuo of them to be a Committie for examining Sir William Sharp of Staniehill lately come from France anent his deportment in that kingdome and before he went therto and since his returne therfrom and to report the same to the Councell at their nixt meeting And In the meantyme appoyntes the said Sir William to Give new Bond uith sufficient Cautione That he shall appear before the Councell the morrow or whensoever he shall be called for and that He shall live peacably as in his former Bond under the penaltie of tuo hundreth pounds Sterline In caise he shall transgress in any part of the premisses And upon Granting of this new bond ordaines the old one to be Given up
