Warrant

Warrand for horning against the Minister of Balwhither

Their Majesties high Commissioner and Lords of privy Councill Considering that in the Decreet of Councill of the fiftein day of August J^aj vj^c Eightie nyne at the instance of Sir John Dalrymple then their majesties advocat against Mr Robert Stewart late minister at Balwhither Depriveing him of his benefice and declareing his Church vaccant And Dischargeing him to preach or exercise any other part of the ministeriall functione within the parish And Ordaineing him to remove frae manse and gleib ther is no warrand for letters to pass on that Decreet In Respect the Clerks of Councill hade no signet nor warrand for their subscriptiones supplieing the want of a signet at that time Therfore they heirby Ordaine letters of horning on Fiftein dayes and other executions to be direct inform as effeirs upon the said decreet And gives order and warrand to the Clerks of Councill to subscribe and give out the Same.
