Warrand For Changing Peter Bells Confynment
The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe Heirby allow Peter Bell merchant in Glasgow presently Confyned at Haddingtoune to transport himself from the said toune of Haddingtoune to the toune of Paslay And ordaines him to remaine Confyned at the said toune of Paslay and not Goe furth therof uithout their Lordships speciall warrand for that effect In respect he hath before his removing from the said toune of Haddingtoune Given bond and found sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privy Councell That He shall straight way repaire to the said toune of Paslay And that he shall remaine Confyned uithin the same and not goe furth therof as said is And in the mean tyme that He shall Live peacably under and uith all submissione to the present Government of their Majesties King William and Queen Mary And that He shall not Act Consult nor Contryve anything in prejudice therof nor Converse or Correspond uith any rebells And that he shall appear before the saids Lords of their majesties privy Councell when called for under the penaltie of six Thousand merks scotts In caise He shall transgress In any pairt of the premisses
