The Lords of there majesties privie Councill doe hereby recomend to Sir James Stewart there majestyes advocat to raise and prosecute ane Indytement of treasone before the Lord Justice Generall Lord Justice Clerk and Lords Commissioners of Justiciary againest Robert Dunbar skipper as being guilty of perduellion againest there majesties and the government By Commanding a french privateer and seizing and makeing pryze of severall ships belonging to there majesties subjects
