Warrand For Confyning the Viscount of Stormounth to Glasgow

The uhich day The Viscount of Stormounth who is under Bale before the Lords of privie Councell That he shall Live peacably under their Majesties Government And appear before the Councell when called for Being Charged upon his bond to appear as said is And Having appeared accordingly and refuised to suear and signe the oath of alleadgance and subscribe the Assurance to their Majesties appoynted by Act of parliament Their Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privie Councell Doe Heirby Confyne the said Viscount to the toune of Glasgow and three mylles about the same And alloues him to repaire to his Confynment betuixt and the tenth day of Junij Instant Inclusive And ordaines him to remaine therat and not departe uithout the bounds therof And appoyntes him to Give bond and find sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privie Councell for that effect And that he shall Live peacably under and uith all submissione to the Government of their Majesties King Uilliam and Queen Mary And that He shall not Act consult nor Contrive any thing in prejudice therof And that He shall not Converss or Correspond uith any rebells and appear before the Lords of privy Councell when Called for under the penaltie of one thousand and five Hundreth pounds sterline In caise He shall transgress in any pairt of the premisses And allowes the said Viscount the space of tuenty four houres after the date heirof for finding the said Cautione In respect he hes Given his parroll of honour In presence of their Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privie Counsell verballie for finding the said Cautione uithin that space And upon Granting of the new bond Gives ordor and uarrand to the Clarks of privie Councell to delyver up the former bond Given be the said viscount and his Cautioners for his peacable behaviour and appearance when called for dated the fifth day of september Jaj vic and nyntie years
