Warrant

Warrand for Transporting Mr Jameson and Cuningham to Edinburgh.

Their Majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of privy Coucill Doe heirby give order and warrand to the Magistrates of Aberdein and keeper of their tolbooth to deliver to the shireff principall of the said shyre or his depute the person of Mr Alexander Jamesone prisoner in the said Tolbooth for alledged forgeing the Earle of Kintoires subscription to a letter presented to the Councill and Robert Cuninghame prisoner in the said Tolbooth for incest and adultrie to be by the said shirreff or his depute Conveyed to the nixt shyre Under a sufficient guard and so from shyre to shyre Appoints the saids two persones to be conveyed by the shirreffs of the respective shyres under sufficient guards Untill they come to Edinburgh And appoints them to be Delivered to the Magistrats of Edinburgh And appoints the said magistrats and keeper of their Tolbooth to receive the saids two persones into their Tolbooth and Detaine them prisoners therin till farder order of Councill.
