Act anent Interloquitors against persons in France

The Lords of there majesties privie Councill doe hereby recomend to the Lord High Chancellour of Scotland to signe the interloquitor of the date the eight of november Last bypast granting Certificatione againest the severall persones therein named Cited to have ansuered for Corresponding with the Late King James In respect of there absence and not compearance And recomends to there majestyes advocat not to denunce Sir William Sharp of Scottscraig for some dayes That he may appear befor the Lords of privie Councill being upon the place for the tyme And appoints the Duke of Gordon to be excepted out of the Certificatione In respect he is presently prisoner at the Hague
