Procedure

The Lord Tarbat to Consider Anent oaths of alleadgance and assurance reported or not reported

Recommended to the Lord Viscount of Tarbat to Consider the oaths of alleadgance and Assurances reported to the Clarks of privie Councell from the persons appoynted to administer the same and Report to the Councell if these oaths and assurances be in the termes of the Act of parliament And if ther be any who should have taken or reported these oaths and assurances and have faillzied to doe the same And Lykewayes to Consider and report his opinione what method is to be taken for bringing in the report of these who have not taken the same at all or have taken them before the Act of parliament and not reported the same to the saids Clerks
