Order

Recomendation to the Lord Enstruther anent the deceast Hew ross papers.

The Lords of their Majesties privy Councill Doe heirby Recomend to the Lord Enstruther and authorize and Impowers Patrick Hepburne appothecary burges of Edinburgh and John Ross writter in Edinburgh to goe to the house of the deceast Hew Ross merchant in Edinburgh and oppen the Chists Trunks and Cabinets boxes of others wher the papers which were in the Custodie of the said deceast Hew Ross are Lying And to take out such papers as they shall find ther belonging to the Laird of Grant and deliver them to him upon his recept therof.
