Warrand for raising Letters against Robert Dunbar

The Lords of there Majestyes privie Councill doe hereby Recomend Sir James Stewart there majesties advocat for raising Letters againest Robert Dunbar Skipper (who now Commands a french Caper) his Cautioners for Citeing these Cautioners to appear befor the Councill on tuesday next with Certificatione If they failzie The bond given be Robert Dunbar and his Cautioners shall be forfaulted And farder diligence shall pass againest the Cautioners for payment of the penalty therein contained In respect the Cautioners are already charged to have produced the principall befor the Councill And have failzied.
