Sir William Sharp continoued at liberty

The examinatione of Sir William Sharp of Scottscraig taken by the Committee appoynted yesterday for that effect being red and the Clarks of Councell Having declared that he uas under bale of tuo hundreth pounds sterline to appear this day or therafter when called It uent to the vote whither he should be Imprisoned or Continoued at Liberty In respect of his bale And uas carryed that he should Continow at liberty upon his bale which is already in the clarks hands
