Warrant

Warrand for detaineing Ensigne Ker prisoner

The Lords of their majesties privy Councill Doe heirby give order and warrand to the magistrats of Edinburgh and keeper of their Tolbooth to keeper detaine the persone of William Ker ensigne in Sir Thomas Livingstounes regiement prisoner within their said Tolbooth wherin he presently is, and not to suffer him to come furth therof without farder order of Councill.
