Uarrand Continowing Clova att Libertie
Their Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privie Councell Considering that David Ogilvie of Clova who was under bale to the Councell Being Cited upon his bale to Compear Hes Compeared accordingly And that the Lord Bargenie uho is now deceased was his Cautioner They Heirby allow the said David Ogilvie of Clova to be at Liberty as formerly In respect He hath granted new bond and found new Cautione That he shall Live peacably under and uith all submissione to the Government of their Majesties King William and Queen Mary And that He shall not Act consult nor Contryve any thing In prejudice therof nor converss or correspond uith any rebells And that he shall appear before the Lords of privie Counsell when called for under the penaltie of ten thousand merks scotts In caise he shall transgress in any part of the premisses And upon Granting of this new bond ordaines the former bond granted be Clova and his Cautioners Containing ten thousand merks of penaltie dated the tuenty sixth of Juny Jaj vic nyntie one to be Given up
