Comittee anent Highwayes

The Lords of there majesties privie Councill doe hereby nominate and appoint the Earle of Annandale Viscount of Tarbat Lord Beilhaven Lord Hattoun and Lord Enstruther or any three of them to be a Comittee for considering the acts of parliament and acts or proclamationes of Councill made anent repairing highwayes And to prepare a proclamatione for putting these acts effectually to executione That so necessarie work as this may not be neglected
