The Lords of there Majesties privie Councill doe hereby nominate and appoint his Grace The Duke of Hamiltoun Lord president of the Councill The Lord privie Seall, The Earles of Linlithgow and Annandaill The Lord Viscount Tarbat Lord Raith Theasurer Deput The Lords Cardross and Carmichaell and Lord Advocat or any fyve of them to be a Comittee for Considdering the petitione given in to the Councill be Mr William Wishart minister at Leith and his Kirk sessione with the ansuers given in thereto be Mr Charles Kay and his Kirk sessione And to report there opinione to the Councill at there next meeting.
