Comittie in the lybell Crafurd of Monorgan Against Hay of Murie

The Lybell at the instance of Henry Crafurd of Monorgan against Sir John Hay of Muirie and his Lady with the Lybell at the instance of the said Sir John Hay and his Ladie against the said Henry Crafurd of Monorgane and John Fairweather his servant being both this day called in presence of the saids Lords of his majesties privy Councill And the said Crafurd of Monorgane Compeiring personally with Sir Patrick Home his advocat and the said Sir John Hay Compeiring also personally for himself and his Ladie with Sir James Ogilvie their majesties solicitor and Mr Hew Dalrymple their advocats both Lybell and answers to Monorges Lybell being read the saids Lords Admitts both Lybells to probation and the witnesses cited for both parties haveing Compeired personally and made faith at the barr The Saids Lords of privy Councill nominats and Appoints the Lord Beilhaven and Laird of Grant to be a Comittie for examineing the witnesses upon both Lybells Reserving all objectiones Which may be made against the witnesses to be proponed and discussed before the Comittie
