Recomendation to the Lord Advocat to raise a process against Conversery with the late King James

The Lords of there majesties privie Councill doe hereby recomend and give order and warrand to Sir James Stewart there majesties Advocat to raise and follow furth a process of Indytement of treasone at his instance against such persons as there said majesties advocat is informed are guilty of intercomuneing or keeping correspondence with the Late King James or have been in armes in France for the King of France or the said Late King James against there present majesties or there government or have taken Commissione for that effect conforme to a List to be given into and subscryved by the Lord Chancellor
