Open prisone to Smith and Mcgill

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe heirby Give ordor and warrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and keeper of their tolbooth To allow to Mr James Smith and James Mcgill prisoners in the said tolbooth the benefite of open prisone The saids Magistrats and Keeper of the said tolbooth being alwayes ansuerable for the safe Custody of the saids prisoners
