Remitt to the thesaurer anent2 William3 Muir
The Lords of their majesties privy Councill haveing given order to the magistrats of Musleburgh to take tryall of the damnadge and prejudice done to the house of William Muir Smith ther by the Souldiers quartered in the place And the magistrats haveing reported to the saids Lords that they haveing taken advyse of honest and skillfull workmen They given in a particular Condescendance in writt that the same will amount to the Soume of Fiftie pund Eight shilling Eight penies Scots, The saids Lords of their Majesties privy Councill Doe heirby Recomend to the Lords Commissioners of their Majesties thesaurie to cause payment be made to the said William Muir of the said soume of Fiftie punds Eight shilling Eight penies money forsaid.
