The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe Heirby Give ordor and uarrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh Baillies of the Cannongate and Keeper of their tolbooth To delyver to […] Lord Strathnaver […] Three prisoners in their tolbooth sent from London to Give Informatione what scottsmen had Corresponded uith the Late King James at La-Hoge wher they were taken or other places in France To Be Imployed be the said Lord as souldiers in his Regiment And Recommends to the said Lord to take speciall care that the saids persones doe not make their escape That they may appear and Give Evidence Against the forsaids persones The saids three prisoners first Inacting themselves in the books of privie Councell for that effect
