The Lords of their Majesties Privy Councill2 being informed be Sir James Stewart their Majesties advocat That Serjand Fae has reveilled on […] ane Irishman as a theiff and Robber, who is now under guard by order of Sir Thomas Liveingstoune Comander in Cheiff of their Majesties Forces within this kingdome and that the said person sems to be in distemper and made and has nothing to mantaine himself and that no probation can be found against him they Remitt and Recommend to Sir Thomas Livingstoune to doe with the prisoner as he shall think fitt.
