Thomas Smith to continow at Liberty
The Councill allowes Thomas Smith brewer in Edinburgh who wes prisoner in the tolbooth of that bugh upon the accompt of the forsaid tumult and is now at Liberty upon baill taken by the keeper of the said tolbooth by warrand of the Comittee That he should appear befor the Councill this day, To be and Continow at Liberty In respect they find nothing proven of the said Thomas his accessione to the forsaid tumult.
