Warrand to the Lord Advocat to Insist against the Lord Fraser for treasone

The Lords of there majesties privie Councill doe hereby give order and warrand to Sir James Stewart there majesties advocat to Insist in and prosecute the Lybell already raised against Charles Lord Fraser befor the Lords Commissioners of Justiciary for the crymes of high treason and others therein contained untill the finall sentence thereon And for which this shall be a sufficient warrand to him. Subscribitur ut sederunt untill yow come to Lord Advocat except the Earle of Leven.
