Uarrand for Imprisoning Colonell Uinraham In the castle of Stirling
The which day Leivtennant Collonell Winrhame under bale Before the Lords of privie Counsell That he shall Live peacably under their Majesties Government and appear before the Councell when called for Being charged upon his bond to appear as said is And having appeared accordingly and refuised to suear and signe the oath of alleadgance and signe the assurance to their Majesties appoynted by Act of Parliament Their Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privie Councell Doe Heirby appoynte the said Leivt Collonell Winrhame to Enter himself prisoner uithin the castle of Stirling at any tyme before elapsing of Satturnday the third of Junij nixt And ther to Continow prisoner till farder ordor of Councell And alloues the Clarks of Councell to Give up the former bond given be the said Leivt Collonell and his Cautioners In respect The Councell Hes taken the said Leivt Collonell his verball parroll of honour that he shall enter himself prisoner in the said castle betuixt and the tyme forsaid
