The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Being Informed that […] Lord Sinclar was Cited by vertue of Letters at the Instance of their Majesties Advocat To Have Compeared before their Lordships to suear and signe the oath of alleadgance and signe the assurance as appoynted by the Late Act of parliament Is uilling to appear if he had securitie for his persone Against the dilligence used by his Creditors by Captione and otherwayes Against him They Heirby Grant personall protectione to the said Lord Sinclar untill the tuenty nynth day of Juny instant And discharges all messengers and officers or others uithin burgh or Landuard To putt any Captiones Acts of warding or any other personall dilligence in executione against him untill the said day Inclusive excepting alluayes their Majesties rents and publict dues allenarly sic subscribitur Tueeddale Cancell: Linlithgow
