Warrand for Imprisoning the Viscount of Oxfoord
The which day Robert Viscount of Oxenfoord Having [compeared] who is under bale before the Lords of privie Councell That He shall Live peacably under their Majesties Government and appear before the Councell when called for Being charged upon his bond to appear as said is And Having appeared accordingly And Having refused to suear and signe the oath of alleadgance and signe the Assurance to their Majesties King William and Queen Mary appoynted by Act of parliament Their Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privy Councell Doe heirby ordaine the said Robert Viscount of Oxfoord to Enter himself prisoner In the castle of Stirling once before elapsing of Satturnday the third day of June nixt to Come And appoyntes the macers of privie Councell to detaine him prisoner untill he Give bond and finding sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privie Councell That he shall enter the said castle the tyme forsaid And in the mean tyme that He shall live peacably under their Majesties government King William and Queen Mary And that he shall not act consult nor contryve any thing in prejudice therof nor shall not converss or Correspond uith rebells under the penaltie of Tuenty Thousand merks scotts money contained in his former bond In caise He shall transgress In any part of the premisses And upon receaving of a new bond appoyntes the Clarks of privie Councell to Give up the former bond
