Warrant

Warrand for delivering up George Ogilvies bond to Dunn

Their Majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of privy Council Doe heirby give order and warrand to the Clerks of privy Councill to Deliver up to David Erskine of Dunn the bond granted be George Ogilvie principall and Georeg Abercrombie of Tillibodie Cautioner That the said George Ogilvie shall reenter the Tolbooth of Edinburgh betwixt and ane certain day, or otherwayes make payment to the Laird of Dunn of what after compt and reckoning shall be found due to him And that he shall doe all dilligence to bring the compt and reckoning to a close betwixt and the day forsaid And that he shall attend the dyets therof dated the nynth and Eleventh dayes of september J^aj vj^c nyntie thrie years And that upon the Laird of Dunn his recept And Delivering back to the saids Clerks of Councill the extract of the bond taken out by himself that the same may be cancelled.
