The new establishment of their majesties’ forces and garrisons in Scotland, commencing 1 February 1693, read and ordered to be recorded, and the principal immediately taken back by Sir Thomas Moncreiff, clerk to the lords of treasury, who gave in the same. Follows the tenor of the establishment:
