Sist of executione upon Leivt Collonell Olyphants bond of Cautionry

Their Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privie Councell Considering That Leivt Collonell Olyphant as principall and George Olyphant of Clashburn as Cautioner for him are charged upon their bond to present the said Leivtennant Collonell and report to the Councell a Certificat under the hand of the secretary of state for this kingdome signifying the said Leivt Collonell hes obtained the Kings pass to Goe abroad to forraigne Countries which is not produced And that the Cautioner craves a furder day may be alloued to him for producing the said Certificat In respect He is Informed the Leivt Collonell Hes trewly produced the Kings pass to the effect forsaid Albeit the Certificat therof be not returned to this place The said Lord High Commissioner and Lords of privie Councell Doe Heirby superceed all executione against the said principall and Cautioner upon the forsaid bond untill the first of Agust nixt
