Anent Robert Dunbar skipper

The Lords of there Majesties privie Councill doe hereby appoint Sir James Ogilvie advocat there majesties sollicitor to Look out the horning raised againest Robert Dunbar skipper and his Cautioners And to report to the Councill what diligence is done upon the bond whereupon that horning is raised That the penalty may be forfaulted and exacted In respect they are Informed that the said Dunbar is now Commanding a french privateer And hes taken some scotts vessells and made pryze of them
