The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe Heirby Recommend to the Earle of Linlithgow principall Baillie of the Baillzarie of Ogilface And in his absence Gives ordor and uarrand to the Laird of Bedlormie baillie depute of the said Baillzarie In whose Custody […] is presently prisoner for alleadged theft or robbery To Cause transport the said […] under a sufficient guaird to the shirreff of the nixt shyre and so from shirreff to shirreff till he be brought to the tolbooth of Edinburgh and delyvered to the magistrats of Edinburgh And ordaines the magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of their tolbooth to receave the said […] into the said tolbooth and detaine him prisoner therin till furder order of Councell
