Uarrand to transport Captain Maitland to Blackness

Their Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privie Councell Doe Heirby ordaine Captaine James Maitland prisoner in the tolbooth of Edinburgh to Be transported from thence to the castle of Blackness And Recommends to Sir Thomas Livingstoune Commander in cheiff of their Magistrats forces uithin this kingdome To Cause transport the said Captaine Maitland under a sufficient guaird And appoyntes the Magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of their tolbooth to delyver the said Captaine to And Recommends to the Earle of Linlithgow Governour of the said Castle of Blackness and ordaines the deputy Governour or nixt Commanding officer ther to receave him from the said Guaird and detaine him prisoner in the said castle till furder ordor of Councell And Gives ordor and uarrand to the Clarks of privie Councell to delyver up the former bond Granted be the said Captaine James Maitland and his Cautioner for his peacable behaviour and appearance when called for dated the […] day of […] And discharges the extracting of the ordor for carrying the said Captain to the castle of Stirline
