[Petition Sir Philip Enstruther]

The Councill Considering that ther was a petition given in to them be Sir Philip Enstruther and the Lord Enstruther his son as tutors testamenters to Mrs Katharine and Philip Enstruther Childrein to Dame Katharin Skeen procreat betwixt her and umquhill Sir James Enstruther her first husband Craveing these Childrein to be Delivered up to them to be educated and mantained And that ther are answers given in to the said petitione be the said Dame Katharine Skeen and the Lord […] Murray her present husband And that the said petition is now taken up by the ingivers and past frae They heirby Declar that the said Dame Katherin Skeen and her husband shall not be holden to answer to any such petition Untill the moneth of June nixt And not then aither unles they be expressly cited to that effect.
