Warrand to raise processes anent the Late tumults

The Councill recomends to the Lord Advocat Instantly to raise a Lybell befor the Councill againest all persones whom he hes or shall presently receave sufficient evidence of there being guilty of the Late tummult in Edinburgh And appoints the sollicitor to cause execute the said Letters againest thursday next being the nynth Instant And grants warrand for citeing of witnesses And appoynts the Magistrates of Edinburgh to furnish probatione to the Lord Advocat in this matter
