Recommendatione to the Thesaury Anent a boat designed for the Bass taken at Aberdoure
The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe Heirby Recommend to the Lords Commissioners of their Majesties Thesaury to Cause take tryall of the worth and value of the bark or boat which belonged to William Robertsone in Cockence skipper now lying in the port or harboure of Inuerkeithing And of the Cargoe sails tickling anchors and haill furniture of the said boat or bark which was seased up by William Weyms of Ketlethill when she was designing for the Bass and secured by him as a Justice of peace uithin the bounds and Cause make roup of sale and dispose upon the said bark or boat uith her loading or Cargo and haill furniture And to Cause payment be made out of the first end of the pryce to the said William Weymes and the Constables or other persones assistant and Imployed in seazing the said boat of such soumes as the saids Lords Commissioners of their Majesties Thesaury shall find their service in this matter does deserve And the saids Lords of privie Councell doe Heirby approve of what the said William Weymes Hes done in seasing and securing the said boat or bark with her Loading or Cargo and furnitur as Good service done to the Government and warrands him anent the same
