Committie Anent The Lady Lockhart

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Considering that the Lord Advocat produced a paper of Informatione Against the Lady Lockhart and some other persones therin named not yet examined upon which Account The same is yet in his Lordships hands They Heirby Recomend to the Earle of Annandale The Lord Beilhaven and the Lord Advocat or any tuo of them to Call for and examine the persones mentioned in the said peaper And Lykewayes Recommends to the said Committie to Consider a new letter in the Lord Advocats hands directed to Mistress Mary Hunter who is the Lady Lockharts servant and under whose name Letters uses to be convoyed to the Lady which was seased at the post office this day And make their report to the Councell at their nixt meeting in this matter
