Warrant

Warrand for reprinting the Acts of the Last session of parliament and former Acts of parliament and conventione uith the pryces of them

The Lords of their Majesties privy Councell Being Informed by the Viscount of Tarbat that the Acts of the last sessione of this Current parliament are printed and that the printed Coppies are Incorrect by omitting ane Act which should have been printed and printing another which should have been omitted and that severall of these printed Coppies are Given out by the printer before he had revised or Given any warrand for publishing of them and soe uere published Incorrect They upon the Lord Viscount of Tarbat his declaring That for remedie he uould cause reprint these Acts upon his oune charges and take care that the same be Correctly done did approve the same And ordaines the pryce of the saids Acts when printed to be five shillings sterline for each Coppie of the haill Acts of the said last session And modifies the pryce of the Acts of the Conventione of Estates and former sessiones of this parliament to be the Lyke pryce of five shillings sterline for each Coppie of these whole Acts yet to be sold of the last Impression or when reprinted And appoyntes the said viscount to call In all Coppies of the said Incorrect Impression of the Acts of this last session of parliament which are sold or Given out by Mistress Andersone printer therof Conforme to a List of the persones names to whom they were sold or Given out signed by the said Mistress Andersone which they heirby ordaine her to Give in to the said Lord Tarbat And ordaines Letters of horning to be Given out against the persons to be contained in the said List
